The final usage of services linked from this page depend by users' skill and available features such as cPanel , mail, implementation and other collateral factors that would be implied with the service implementation and its development at user's website.
For example to be able to test and customize at user's location a phpMAILER interface for mailing list, are necessary 3 mail accounts and a PHP MySQL webspace with cPanel administration.
Future usage after installation will require some skill in Copy and Paste and the basic html knowledge.
